App-Specific Permissions and Updates

• AI Amazing may provide automatic App updates, bug fixes, and patches without prior notice.
• The App may request device permissions (camera, microphone, push notifications). If you do not grant permissions, you should adjust settings or stop using affected features.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for User Content created, uploaded, published, or shared through the Service.

License to AI Amazing

By submitting User Content, you grant AI Amazing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, generate, or share User Content that:

• Is misleading, false, or inaccurate.
• Violates laws or regulations.
• Depicts/promotes pornography, excessive violence, terrorism, extremist activities, or prohibited political material.
• Engages in unauthorized face-swapping.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Includes unsolicited promotions or political solicitations.
• Shares personal details of others without explicit consent.
• Discloses information you are not authorized to share.
• Could endanger or exploit children.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Contains explicit sexual material/themes.
• Is otherwise deemed inappropriate or harmful in our sole judgment.

AI Amazing employs systems to detect/restrict prohibited content and may remove content or terminate accounts for violations.

Content Public Visibility

If you make Generated Content public, you grant us and affiliated entities a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, download, distribute, and create derivative works from such content for service operation, AI model improvement, promotion, and redistribution across current or future media channels.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of AI Amazing Content

All IP rights in the Site, Service, and AI Amazing-provided content are owned by AI Amazing or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

User Feedback

Feedback you provide regarding the Service becomes the exclusive property of AI Amazing without compensation.

Payment and Subscription

Fees

Billing

Refunds

Cancel Subscription

• You can cancel anytime from subscription settings: Avatar > Billing > Cancel Subscription.
• After cancellation, service remains active until end of current billing cycle.
• Cancellation must be submitted before next billing date.
• No partial/pro-rated refunds for unused time or mid-cycle changes.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time following site instructions.

Termination by AI Amazing

AI Amazing may terminate or suspend your account/access, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you terminate immediately. Surviving obligations include payment and intellectual property terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Amazing disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
